Jeff moved to the Houston area when he was 6 years old, over 55 years ago. He grew up on the east side of Houston, making a lot of friends he is still friends with today. Relationships are important to Jeff.
When Jeff entered college, his parents moved to the west side of town in Katy, where Jeff would quickly grow roots and experience the growth of the west and southwest parts of town. While in college, he would meet the love of his life that would ultimately seal his destiny to live with and raise his family and experience the tremendous lifestyle that is Sugar Land, Texas. Jeff's wife, Beth, soon after they were married, got her first teaching position at Colony Bend Elementary School in Sugar Land. As they say, the rest is history!
Jeff and Beth raised three beautiful daughters in Sugar Land and have so far bought and sold 2 homes there, while still living in their third home. Jeff has much real estate experience "from the inside". He uses that personal experience to help YOU in your next home sale or purchase.
Jeff graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He applied that degree in management at United Parcel Service for 21 years. That experience gave him the platform from which to launch his entrepreneurial dream of working for himself, which he started in 2005 as the marketing manager for a real estate firm.
Jeff's experience working in real estate showed him there was a better way to service customers and clients by incorporating leading-edge technology with personal relationships. Existing better-known tools often used by those needing help in real estate are just machines. Using those lifeless tools insured buyers and sellers information was sold to the highest bidder, other real estate agents. Immediately those buyers and sellers were inundated by phone calls and emails by real estate agents who paid for their information and become part of the problem! There had to be a better way!
Licensed in real estate since 2007, Jeff has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. Working hands-on with clients over this time has enabled him to best understand their needs and create a Brokerage designed to provide the high-tech web experience buyers and sellers want, combined with the personal experience buyers and sellers deserve.
